  2. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

  • Processing fees charged by payment gateways
  • Services already rendered by our partner network
  • Third-party fees paid to partners on your behalf
